The “Super Track ST-2CL” is a 2-way automatic
intermittent traction unit that enables both lumbar traction force and cervical traction force in 1 unit. This not only contributes to space saving but also reduces the work burden of the staff.

The Super Track was launched in 2004 as unit with which lumbar traction force treatment could be performed from a seated position, and it was awarded the Good design award in 2008.
It has evolved further this time, with the inclusion of the new cervical traction force function. The cervical traction force technology accumulated so far with the Tractizer is integrated into the Super Track. Lumbar traction force and cervical traction force treatment can be performed in a relaxed posture while seated.

Traction for lumbar and cervical vertebrae use separate systems of power

The ST-2CL has different systems for the lumbar and cervical vertebrae traction. By attaching the respective independent weight sensors, an accurate level of traction for both lumbar and cervical vertebrae can be obtained. Further, a cervical pad with a built-in heater is attached as standard.

Cervical traction force in a relaxed posture

This followed as is the design of the ST-2L, which received the good design award for “providing an environment, through its design, that makes you forget that it is treatment”. Not only can you perform traction on your cervical vertebrae in a relaxed posture, but it provides visual comfort and a sense of security to patients.

Detection feature using the traction belt sensor*

It is fitted with a detection mechanism that prevents lumbar traction force from taking place when the cervical equipment is attached. If the cervical traction force belt is pulled, this is detected by a sensor and the lumbar traction force is prevented.

These are X-ray pictures taken before and during lumbar traction treatment.

Ideal traction posture using Ottoman

By automatically sliding the Ottoman, it adapts to height differences in the patients and ensures the appropriate traction posture. Based on science, it performs transaction at the ideal angle. The Ottoman can be extended and retracted according to taste with just one touch.

Treatment procedure and voice guidance

For example, guidance is provided to explain actions such as “The seat will tilt”. Patients can receive treatment with peace of mind even if it is their first time. Further, during treatment, relaxation sounds, consisting of “natural sounds” are played, and this eases their anxiety.

Lumbar mat focusing on the feeling being held

The lumbar mat has adopted a deep shape that aims to wrap around your pelvis. It holds the lumbar of the patients in a relaxed way. A heater has also been included in the mat.

Reduces the burden of setting

Compared to the setting of the previous horizontal bed-type traction unit that involved 4 processes, the ST-2CL has only 2 processes. This lowers the burden on the medical staff and improves work efficiency.

Original auto-swing arm mechanism

Through the Minato Medical original swing arm mechanism, the arm is automatically attached at the beginning of treatment based on the patient’s physique, and automatically removed when it ends. (Compatible height: approximately 140 to 185 cm)

Simple attachment with an automatically winding belt

If the buckle is attached with a metal plate, the belt can be automatically wound up. Three levels of force can be selected and tightening and traction are performed consecutively, enabling comfortable treatment that avoids excessive pressure.

Leg hold function that maintains a stable treatment posture

The soft pressure of the air wraps around your legs, helping you to maintain a stable treatment posture. Through sensor control, your legs are held with a fixed pressure corresponding to the thickness of your legs and the force can be adjusted in 3 stages. This promises to realize a relaxation environment linked to the traction operation.

Seat setting for ease of getting on and off

With automatic shortening through the low set seat and ottoman, shorter people can also get on and off easily.

Easy-to-view operating panel

The operating panel is an easy-to-view large-scale digital display. The necessary figures can be confirmed at a glance. As the keys are independent in accordance with each display window, they are easy to configure.
